I am the owner/practitioner of Harmony Ridge Healing, a 5-Star Rated holistic bodywork service offering massage therapy combined with Reiki (chakra energy clearing) to help clients restore balance, relieve tension, clear past traumas, rewire mindset and enhance overall well-being.
I am a Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, NASM-PES and Mindset Coach. I have a vast range of clients spanning from pro athletes to women seeking healing from unhealthy masculine wounding, and I am happy to help you heal, feel lighter and relax in any capacity I can.

I host sessions at my studio sanctuary I custom built on my property in the sierras, surrounded by cedars, pines and madrone trees. It was created with the intention of surrounding you with a peaceful calm experience while you receive your treatment. Hand selected healing crystals are in the studio as well.
The Harmony Ridge Healing sanctuary is located in northern Nevada City, CA. Areas Served for massage and reiki include: Nevada County, Placer County, Yuba County, Sierra County, Sacramento County and El Dorado County.
